| Cancellation Policy |
Rooms are reserved with a deposit of 1st night rent. The
balance is due 4 days prior to guest-stay. Refunds are made prior to 10 days before check-in with no cancellation fee. Cancellations 10 days or less before check-in are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations 4 days or less result in deposit forfeiture unless the room is rerented. |
