Winter (Oct. 1-April 30): $165/night for 2 - $10 for each
additional guest up to 4. Summer (May 1- Sept.30) : $195/night for 2 - $15 for each additional guest up to 4. Monthly Discount: $2500/month plus utilities. Entire amount due at time of booking. Please inquire Pacific Reservations for 4th of July rates. In deference to our neighbors and to guests staying in the unit on the ground floor of the building, we require quiet hours from 10 PM until 8 AM. Should a cancellation result from undue noise from your unit, you may be liable for damages. Parties and/or additional guests not mentioned on the confirmation are not allowed without prior owner consent and will result in a monetary fine to the guest. Also, occupancy is STRICTLY enforced. |

| Cancellation Policy | Should you cancel 15 days or more before check in, you will receive your entire amount back. Should you cancel within 14 days of check in, cancel the day of arrival and/or leave without paying; your entire stay balance will be withheld. | ||
