- Minimum rental is for 3 night stay for off-season and 7 night stay for summer and holiday season. Renters are welcome to stay for just 1 night at The Oasis, but will incur a 3 night stay charge during off season and a 7 night stay charge during on season. Event pricing available upon request.
- Prices are the same for 1-8 guests staying at The Oasis. More than 8 guests do require special permission. Maximum capacity with couch and bean bag sleeping is 10 people.
- Please note that standard cleaning fee per week's stay is $175, and Seattle room tax rate is 13.5%.
- Deposit is 50% of your balance, due at time of booking. Entire amount due 60 days prior to check in. If your reservation is made within this time frame, you will owe the entire amount at time of booking.
