1928 Tudor Revival - this half-timbered, 23 room, private home
was built in the heyday of the Tudor style in America. A
short walk away from Hendricks Park and Eugene's world famous
Rhododendron Garden, the house is adjacent to the city park and
memorial honoring track legend Steve Prefontaine. The
spectacular view from the house overlooks the Willamette River
and Alton Baker Park. Windows of diamond-paned leaded
glass, rare African mahogany woodwork, marble fireplaces, and
finely furnished design details reflect a craftsmanship seldom
